REFUND POLICY:
- We will only refund your money back 100% if merchant declines the transaction/ we are unable to fulfill order after all reasonable attempts.
However, if order is cancelled by client for any reason, an admin fee of N1,000.00 will be charged for refund back to client account.
Please note refunds may take a while to allow us convert funds on card back to naira. However urgent requests may be done at CBN rates and normal ATM charges added.
